David Leinwand and his 1970 Dodge Challenger
I purchased my car in 1994 as a project car. Like so many car lovers, I spent way more time on the restoration than I ever expected to. After 5 long years of late nights with my buddy Pete in the garage and many cases of beer, the Challenger hit the road for its debut at Autofest. It was a great day out, meeting other enthusiasts and setting in motion the hobby we all enjoy, cruising around in our pride and joy. Now 26 years after that first cruise day I continue updating and improving my car.
It has had the entire suspension upgraded to a new QA1, 4 link coil over system, 4 wheel disc brakes and Fi Tech fuel injection among many other upgrades. My goal is to go on the Hot Rod Power Tour in the near future now that most major upgrades have been done. Joining on the final cruise night, I am a newcomer to MSC. Now
